We want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive from Inetfox. However, if something isn’t quite right, our return and refund policy is designed to make things simple and fair — no matter where in the world you are.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

  • The customer must cover the return shipping cost

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@inetfox.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll receive a confirmation

  4. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, scratched, or otherwise defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary

  • Still no update? Email us at info@inetfox.com

7. International Orders

Returns from outside the U.S. are welcome but must follow the same policy. Customers are responsible for international return shipping and any customs documentation.
